Fly Fishing Isla Blanca From Playa del Carmen Isla Blanca is just north of the Cancun Hotel Zone and offers grand slam opportunities through the spring and summer months. The area has flats, mangroves, and small lagoons with Tarpon and Snook all year long and Bonefish and Permit in the spring and summer with occasional opportunities in the off months.

The Isla Blanca trip does not include transportation. You will meet us at our sesignated meeting spot in downtown Cancun. From Playa del Carmen you'll have the choice of taxi or a rental car to get up to Cancun.

100% refund for charters cancelled due to weather! If a charter is cancelled due to weather, you'll have the choice to reschedule or get a refund.

No, the Isla Blanca fishing trip does not include ground transportation. Guests traveling from Playa del Carmen will meet us directly at our designated meeting spot in downtown Cancun. You have the choice of taking a taxi or using a rental car to drive up from Playa del Carmen.

What are the departure and seasonal meeting times for this charter? +

The exact meeting time at our downtown Cancun location depends on the season. Meeting times are scheduled for 6:30 AM during the fall and winter months, and early at 6:00 AM during the prime spring and summer months.

The extensive networks of shallow flats, dense mangrove shorelines, and small lagoons at Isla Blanca hold resident populations of Tarpon and Snook all year long. Bonefish and Permit arrive in high numbers for Grand Slam opportunities throughout the spring and summer months, with occasional shots in the off-season.

Both our 6-hour ($425.00 USD) and 8-hour ($500.00 USD) charters are private and priced per boat for up to 2 anglers maximum. Rates include your professional guide, all top-tier fishing gear (fly and light tackle), premium lures, flies, terminal tackle, soft drinks, purified water, and a box lunch.

What is the deposit policy and how do I pay the remaining charter balance? +

Your charter booking is secured with an initial 20% online deposit ($85.00 USD for the 6-hour trip or $100.00 USD for the 8-hour trip). The remaining balance is strictly due in 'CASH ONLY' to your guide on the actual day of your charter.
